The Farm House Tack Shop and Western Wear on the Kit-N-Kin Ranch got its start when Lou and Amy decided to offer quality products at reasonable prices. Originally, the Howard Hull Dairy Farm, the farm was purchased in 1960 by Austin and Kit Perry, (Amy's parents) who turned the property into a horse boarding facility along with raising a few colts each year. Amy and Lou married in 1990 and took over the reins, building a large indoor arena and hosting year round equine events along with continuing the boarding, breeding, and training portion of the farm. Both Amy and Lou continue to compete as well as train both colts and outside horses. The site of the current Farm House Tack Shop is located in the original Farm House which is the oldest, and first house in the town of Warrensburg.
Please stop in any time and check out our store as well as our horses. We can also help out with your boarding needs and help with riding lessons for all ages.
